While not in the tourist district, the home is central to many attractions. We are about 1/2 hour to Busch Gardens, Waterpark, Lowery Park Zoo, Tampa Aquarium, Dinner cruise on the Starship, Outlet Mall, Hard Rock Casino, and port. We are on a channel of Tampa bay and you may fish, kayak or dock at the backdoor. We Have our local beaches at aprox 1.5 miles (the one pictured in the listing) and 5 miles and the larger Gulf beaches are about 40 minutes. Manatee viewing station is just about 3/4 mile and 6 golf courses and East Bay Raceway within 15 minutes! Disney theme parks are just over an hour away. If traveling on business, we are about 20-25 minutes from Tampa Convention Center, Amelie Arena, Top Golf, Brandon, Bradenton, or Wimauma Convention Center. We are about 10 minutes from Amazon and St Joseph's Hospital, North of Port Manatee and South of the Port of Tampa..
