This apartment’s been an art gallery, a performance space, a production office, a recording studio, and for the last 10 years, my home. It’s located in the heart of the Mile End, doors away from cafes, restaurants, venues, galleries, and shops. There are two floors with two bedrooms (both on the second floor).

The minimal kitchen downstairs is at your disposal, the shower has reliable hot water and good pressure, the living room is equipped with large HD TV, Apple TV, and good WIFI.
