Grill up some juice Alaskan Caribou on our grill, cozy up in your large king sized bed or on our comfy living room sofa and watch your favorite show on our 46" Smart TV. Don't forget to bring your fur babies because they will LOVE the fenced in yard! Bring the family and make yourself at home!

I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.
Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.
Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.
Please give me feedback during or after your stay, we just opened this unit in fall 2016 and want to make our guests happy. Any suggestions are welcomed and I will be happy to do what I can to be a 5 Star Host!

Stayed at Valley Jewel for 6 nights in Late June. The pictures on the VRBO site are a very accurate representation of the property, pretty much exactly what I expected at this price point. The property was spotlessly clean, very functional and had plenty of room for our party of 3 adults. Nice, quiet neighborhood on the east side of town . Again, in this price range not deluxe accommodations, but we weren't in Alaska to sit inside a house. The TV and internet both worked perfectly. Skye - the property manager - was very responsive and easy to work with. For a mid-range budget option, would recommend.

When my wife and I first walked in, we were surprised. The property we chose looked even better in person than in the ad. It was amazingly maintained and clean. Skye was wonderful and kind. She made sure everything was up to our expectations and exceeded them. The price was affordable and we felt like we were at home away from home. Location was great, less than two miles away from malls and outlet stores. We loved our stay and will definitely come back again! Thank you Skye and Always Love Your Stay!
