I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.
Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.
Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.
Please give me feedback during or after your stay, we just opened this unit in fall 2016 and want to make our guests happy. Any suggestions are welcomed and I will be happy to do what I can to be a 5 Star Host!

Great place to get a way from home.

This place was perfect for a week's stay in Anchorage, visiting family with our large dog. The house looks like new inside, with modern lighting and new furnishings in the whole place. Located in mid town, easy & quick access to both South Anchorage and downtown. the house is on an out of the way quiet street, very little traffic. Enjoyed the real wood burning fireplace for late night coziness. Definitely would rent this place again.

Upon arrival the house was in a nice cozy neighborhood. The yard was a great size for pets. The property had all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a high level of privacy during my stay. The property manager was very helpful with recommended trips. I recommend this place and plan on staying here again during my next trip.
