Named after its Alaskan owner, is centrally located and only fifteen minutes or less from the airport, downtown, and midtown. It includes two bedrooms (one master with a queen bed and a second bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed) and one bathroom.
Stay in to watch the game on the 55' big screen TV, cook a gourmet in the fully-stocked kitchen or Grill up some moose meat on the gas grill while the kids play in our fenced front yard! Spread out on the authentic leather couch, or cozy up to the fireplace. Head out to enjoy one of the famous Anchorage restaurants, theaters, or hiking trails. With no stairs to slow you down, this beautiful unit is the ideal location to work or play. Enjoy the private, enclosed back yard or a round of ping pong or darts in the converted garage. I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.
Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.
Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.
