At Glenn Abbey Ambiance, a tri-level 2 bedroom 2-bathroom unit with bonus room, you will want to take a seat in our massaging recliner in the bonus room, grill up some juicy steaks on our grill in our quiet neighborhood with fenced yard. You will find that this unit has some useful features such as a garage and a fenced in yard just for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine! There is a game system upstairs in the bonus room with our massaging recliner and additional sectional. With a beautiful red leather sofa and love seat set located in our main living area, this place is set up for a relaxing and cozy stay! Keep your vehicle warm with our garage and enjoy the view from our sliding glass door balcony! I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.

Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.

Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.
