Within walking distance to our famous Eddies Sports Bar where they have live country music and dancing, pool, games and frequent other concerts, this unit is convenient for social couples and groups! With a covered parking garage, driveway parking, wood burning fireplace, 3 bedrooms 1.5 Bathrooms and a large fenced in yard, you can bring the family and make yourself at home! Grill up some juice Alaskan salmon on our grill, cozy up to our wood burning fire place and watch your favorite show on our 52" Smart TV. Don't forget to bring your fur babies because they will LOVE the fenced in yard!

I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.

Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.

Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.
