Fully remodeled in 2015, Sky Lounge, previously named "Eagles Nest", is a wonderful choice for the family or work group to Eat, Sleep and Rest from their long day! We have Free wifi and cable and EASY 24 hour check in and check out procedures. With 1 Queen bed, 4 twin beds (request to combine 2 for couples), 1 trundle and 1 fold out bed, this unit can sleep up to 8 people comfortably! Outside we have Two BBQ Grills and a HUGE Fenced in yard. Two parking areas allow for this unit and the other units to comfortably find a space to park their vehicles.

Sky Lounge is a wonderful and bright 4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on a single floor. This unit is the top level of a tri-level building. It has its own private laundry and entrance....Lots of light let in, lots of space for the kiddos, this unit has a large fenced in yard and you can also combine it with another 4 bedroom unit below if you are bringing 11-18 people to stay! I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.

Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.

Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.

Located near the heart of the city, the Big Big House is close to everything. Put everyone under one roof - cook, laugh and play together.

The Big Big House offers 27 real beds - 16 twins, 1 set of bunk beds, 3 sets of trundles, 2 queens and a full. Add in our two Serta fold down sleeper couches and you can sleep 35 people in all. No other accommodation in Alaska offers this much space for such a reasonable price per person.

Need bigger beds? You can push two twins together to make king size beds. You can make kings in Rooms 1a, 1c, 1d, 2c, 3a and 3c.

You can have access to the entire property, all 12 bedrooms and 8 baths - or you can rent by the floor. You also have access to our two kitchens and two laundry rooms, featuring 3 pairs of brand new Samsung stacking washers and dryers.

The house has two full kitchens, two kitchenettes, three refrigerators. If you're feeding a lot of people Costco is right down the street. We have seating for 20 in the dining areas, so if you have more people than this you'll have to eat in shifts.
