Walk through the interior door of your room and make your way to the common living space, shared bathroom and laundry room! No Coins Necessary! All linens provided and spare towels are kept in the common bathroom space. You could even enjoy the cable on the TV in our common living space. There are two stackable laundry sets shared between the bottom two stories of the house. No coins necessary! Your room is completely lockable and private. There are multiple parking options both in the front and rear of the home. The large fenced in yard is great for lounging or a bbq!

I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.

Near the hospitals and schools, this room is great for traveling students and medical professionals. No need for a full kitchen but still want to feel at home and park front row? This is the room for you! You can have the fenced in yard, BBQ up some moose burgers and walk the nearby trails between work breaks!

I would recommend renting or buying a bike if you are coming for work in the summer and want to save on a rental car. If you want to explore quite a bit, Anchorage is a small town but very spread out so I will always recommend renting a vehicle. If you are having trouble finding good prices, my guests have found that relayrides/turo has worked out great in the past!

Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.
