Grand Central was remodeled and updated in 2015 with beautiful decor, fresh paint and many other updates! This immaculate 4 bedroom 2.75 bathroom unit is cared for with love by its Alaskan Owners, David and Gina, who also run a wonderful local business called "Paint a Scarf." Look them up if you would like to have some fun with art while you are in town! Grand Central is on the second floor in a three story four-plex style home. It has its own entrance, a fully stocked kitchen, internet, cable and a shared laundry room (two sets of laundry machines) with another 4 bedroom section on the bottom floor. Enjoy our large fenced in back yard, 2 BBQ grills outside, firepits, large pantry and dining area and 3 sink kitchen!

We can combine units to accept up to 12 Bedrooms of people in groups of up to 30!! Message me for details. I manage over 15 units in Anchorage and we can do groups from 1 - 30 in all different price ranges.

I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.

Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.

Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.
