Unit 1B, Often referred to as Miami Beach, for its Floridian Decor, is a spacious Mother in Law Suite located on the first floor of a 3 story home. With 2 WifI Options, 2 sleeping beds and enough room to sleep 2 people, you have a private entrance, private bath, shared laundry room as well as an additional bathroom in the common living space around the corner from the laundry room. There is a mini fridge, cook top, microwave, coffee pot and kitchen sink and cabinets for you to use all of our cups, bowls and plates for your home meals at this convenient and spacious suite. Enjoy our dining room table and eat like you are at home! It has its own private entrance and bathroom and plenty of space for you to stay for your time here in Anchorage. Push the beds together or request for us to push them together if you would prefer to sleep on a larger space! You can work on your laptop or stream from whatever device you brought. Walk through the interior door of your room and make your way to the common living space, (additional) shared bathroom and laundry room! No Coins Necessary! All linens provided and spare towels are kept in the common bathroom space. You could even enjoy the cable on the TV in our common living space. There is a large fenced in back yard w/ BBQ grills and so much space to run around! Couples, request that two twin beds be connected in order to comfortably sleep you both. Love Your Stay! 24 hour access allows my guests to feel at home and not need me to bother them! I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/App and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.

Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.

Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.

This unit is near the University, Shopping Centers and Hospitals. Like to shop in bulk? Costco is right down the street!
