Unit 1A, Often Called Big Surf after its beautiful California Decor, has two wifi options. There is a mini fridge, cook top, microwave, coffee pot and kitchen sink and cabinets for you to use all of our cups, bowls and plates for your home meals at this convenient and spacious suite. Enjoy our dining room table and eat like you are at home! It has its own private entrance and bathroom and plenty of space for you to stay for your time here in Anchorage. Push the beds together or request for us to push them together if you would prefer to sleep on a larger space! You can work on your laptop or stream from whatever device you brought. Walk through the interior door of your room and make your way to the common living space, (additional) shared bathroom and laundry room! No Coins Necessary! All linens provided and spare towels are kept in the common bathroom space. You could even enjoy the cable on the TV in our common living space. I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.

Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.

Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.
