This hilltop house sleeps 11and has distant views of the ocean and is a short walk from a waterfront association with use of a dock. The tennis court belongs to the house and is across a dirt road. Comfortably furnished, the house has lovely wood paneling in the dining room and updated bathrooms. The Pemaquid area with the famous lighthouse is lovely with many restaurants, sights and a rare public sandy beach nearby. Available year round and has off-season rates. The dock is a 5 minute walk away and belongs to an association we are part of.
