This private two bedroom, two bath home is in a world of its own, yet only minutes from Rt. 1. Boasting one of the most beautiful, unobstructed views of the Sheepscot River available, the home comes with full kitchen, high-speed WIFI, phone with free domestic long-distance, and, due to a request from a couple of past guests, cable TV!

Fully equipped modern kitchen includes all the appliances you'd expect (refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, electric range/convection oven, microwave) and some you wouldn't (coffee maker, panini maker, blender, lobster pot, beater, toaster oven) . Last year, we have also added a new washer/dryer, so you can go home with clean clothes. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Home has monstrous outdoor deck with equally monstrous 6 burner grille and table with seating for six. All bedding, towels, plates, cups, glasses, cookware and tableware provided. Every room has a view, including newly built large sunroom with two couches and additional access to deck. Two bedrooms, maximum occupancy 4 people.

Dock with deep-water float (14 foot at low tide) capable of holding boats up to 24 foot is available for use at guest risk. Dock also has fresh water for boat and fish cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING JULY AND AUGUST HOUSE IS RENTED BY THE WEEK ONLY, WITH CHANGEOVER DAYS ON SATURDAY.
