This house has access to the lake from its front yard, and is located in Matlock. The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.
This house has 2 double beds and 4 singles. Also included is a gas BBQ and Satellite TV.
A $500 damage deposit is required and will reserve your stay.
House rental is Sunday to Sunday. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is the following Sunday at 11:00 a.m. The deposit is fully refundable upon checkout. Rental is offered weekly only.
