Brand new grill.All brand new pool accessories. Pool is heated by solar and also has a heat pump for the colder weather and is mantained at 82 degrees as long as you keep it covered when not in use. Cornhole boards and card table as well. Dining room table seats 6 and has an extension to seat 8. You are 10 minutes from Downtown Ocala and 15 minutes away from the Silver Springs National Park. There's a Publix grocery mart less then 3 minutes away. Huge fenced in yard and is VERY pet friendly,(please not in the pool). Nicest feature of the home is the enclosed pool deck which is is very spacious with Florida glass for nude bathers.Home also boasts 8 security cameras on the outside which is monitored from the inside. Driveway can fit 6-8 cars..

Has a huge carport which can fit a fifth wheel/large RV AND a boat. Garbage pickups twice a week. The pics posted would not load properly.
