This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom is perfectly situated for your stay in downtown Vancouver. It is just steps to Yaletown and all of its amazing retail and restaurants. This unit is fully furnished with new high end stainless steel appliances.

Bed setup: 2 x queen, I can add up to 2 twin size air mattresses (linens included for the extra air mattresses)

Included: Linens, towels, cable TV (basic), Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (on suite), full kitchen, A/C(central)

NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup etc), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (will be 2 paper rolls complimentary upon arrival) , paper towels.

* All reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours after booking.

* Minimum rental age is: 25

* Parking is available at $12 per day

* All prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking. We reserve the right to not accept a booking.

* If you have small kids we can also supply a pack and play at a $25 fee (one time charge)

* No pets and no smoking

* We do NOT host events/ parties/ or overnights in our suites at the moment
