Lovely tree lined streets make this very sophisticated residential area a pleasure to be around. Easy access to downtown (20m drive or subway), yet you are able to enjoy the quiet surroundings and avoid the traffic of downtown. Lots of parks and creeks also around.

Royal York Subway station is a 10 min walk. High frequency of buses to the subway station are also available (4m ride). Street parking is available for free and most amenities are walking distance.

Please note that this apartment is on the lower level and ceiling height may be a problem for very tall individuals (6'3" or taller).
The parking spot on the driveway is ideally suited to small - mid size vehicles. Large vehicles may have to be parked on the street (free).
