The condo features a great modern layout along with modern decor. There is a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable living room (complete with pullout couch), and a great kitchen space for either cooking or doing work. The unit has a juliette balcony, washer and dryer, along with a dishwasher and plenty of dishes and glasses.

Living room has a flat screen TV and guests can use the cable, Xbox, or Apple TV.

This condo is located right in the heart of Toronto's Fashion District. Literally steps from the city's hottest restaurants/bars/clubs and everything in between.

Street car stop is in front of the building and come at least every five minutes. They also lead directly to the subway. It's about a 10/15 minute walk to the subway but everything you could possibly need is just steps from the front door.
