This is a great center-hall colonial house with four bedrooms on the second floor and a full bathroom (including the master bedroom suite with separate full bathroom and a walk-in closet). Kitchen, half bath, dining and living room with a fireplace on the first floor. Great family room with a fireplace on the ground floor. Walk to Lake Mansfield, Yoga and Dance studio (Lifeworks), Co-Op store in town and all the stores and cafes, playground and basketball court. Relax, grill and have a family meal on a screened porch. Only hypo-allergenic fully trained pets are allowed.
Possible sleeping arrangements:
- master bedroom - queens size bed. You can put an air bed and/or a crib in the master bedroom easily.
- bedroom 1 (with wood panels) - trundle bed with two twin size matresses. One bed slides out from under the top bed
- bedroom 2 - bunk bed. 1 full size and 2 twin size beds
- bedroom 3 (small) one twin bed.
- living room on the main level. 1 couch. It is a bit over the width of twin size mattress. My teenage sons slept there when they had friends over.
- ground level family room. 1 couch. My adult friends slept there. It is pretty wide and accommodates one adult.
