This is the perfect beach condo just to kick back and enjoy the many pleasures of Amelia Island. The location is perfect- beach access is right across the road. Only 200 steps will take you to the sand where you will find our most beautiful and uncrowded beach. Best of all you can be anywhere on the island in less than 15 minutes. The condo is pet friendly with a small yard. There is a cute little patio outside the living area facing the beach. There is also a shared rooftop deck where you can enjoy sipping coffee at sunrise or a cocktail at sunset. Less than 1/4 mile is the fabulous Surf restaurant where you can get a great meal or cocktail, and enjoy a variety of entertainment appropriate for all ages. Fernandina Beach is our quaint little town on Amelia Island with a historic district that is unique and wonderful.
