The table in the dinning area sits 6 with 4 additional barstools. There is a new leather sectional in the living space with 3 recliners and a 65" very high def TV.

Our home is directly on a canal with Beautiful sunsets right in the back yard. It has direct gulf access with a large captains walk (no boat lift). It is located within 3-5 minute to grocery shopping, some fast food and some restaurants. The downtown district of Cape Coral is a 15 minute drive. We are a 30-40 min drive to Ft Myers Beach and a short 45 minute drive to Sanibel and Captiva Island.

We provide Direct TV in the living room, office, outside TV, and Master Bedroom. We provide weekly lawn and pool service. Water is also included. Electricity will be your responsibility if the bill/usage is over $150.

* PLEASE NOTE....We do own 2 cats so if you have cat allergies you may want to take this into consideration. The house will be spotlessly clean but we know cat dander can linger.
