My family and I are full time Cape Coral residents and own a number of rental properties, there is no 3rd party managing our property. We are here and available to help answer your questions if you have never visited the area previously, or just want to know about the newest restaurants in the area.

Our canal front home has direct access to Pine Island Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Our location provides conveients access to the beaches of Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva islands. We feature a quiet getaway that seems like your miles away from the world, but shopping and activities are just down the road. Play golf at the tree-lined Coral Oaks golf course minutes away. A full grocery Publix shopping Center with restaurants and stores 5 minutes away. Carraba's Grill, Bonefish, Foster's Grill, McDonalds down the road. Outback, Olive Garden Panera 10 minutes. Visit nearby Matlacha for fishing and a laid back, Key West feeling. Grab your wife or 'significant other' to the Dixie Roadhouse for clean adult entertainment (try the line-dance lessons) or try your hand at the old line video games in the newly opened adult arcade (Mrs. Pacman and Galelga).
