“Cape Comfort” is set in a quiet residential neighborhood, where walking and visits with neighbors are regular activities. The property has been

professionally landscaped and is well situated with the pool and lanai area facing south to take advantage of the Florida sunshine.

The home has a traditional Florida ranch-style split floor plan with the master suite on the east side of the home and guest accommodations on the west side. The home will accommodate up to six guests.

Our guests are offered a choice of sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with pillow-top mattress, while one of the guest bedrooms offers a queen mattress and the other bedroom is equipped with twin beds. All bedding is new, with high thread count sheets an abundance of pillows and color coordinated comforters.

The updated kitchen is bright and overlooks the lanai area. Granite countertops and tile backsplash set off the stainless steel Frigidaire appliances. The cabinets are well stocked with pots and pans to make meal time a pleasant experience for guests choosing to “eat in”.

The family room is equipped with a wide screen 50 inch television, while on the other side of the house, there is a living room which is comfortably furnished to provide a setting for reading, or quiet conversations.

Outside, a deep lanai provides shade and cover for a rounded bar- a great place to gather for some refreshment. Comfortable chairs and a grill for

outdoor cooking near the pool provide another alternative for mealtime.

The home has high speed internet service with wi-fi available throughout the home and by the pool. A “house phone” is available for local calls.

Shopping for family needs is nearby, as are a variety of restaurants and guest services. The islands of Captiva and Sanibel with their beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico are a short distance from the front door for

those looking to spend some time “on the sand or in the water”. Beach chairs and a cooler will help make the time at the beach comfortable and cool. Baseball fans will enjoy the presence of spring training facilities for two major league teams and one minor league team. There are four major shopping outlets nearby for those looking for everyday or special needs. The Ford-Edison Estates, the Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Center, some of the world’s best donuts (Bennett’s Fresh Roast) and other nearby attractions ensure that guests will have a variety of ways to make use of their time, returning at night to “Cape Comfort’ and all of the comforts of home!
