This house is three bedrooms each with queen beds, a covered lani, and one game room that has a futon and air mattress, the home is near many stores and restaurants, In a quite neighborhood, Some with in walking distance, Not far from pine island road and Del Prado Ave, To the west buy car we are a short drive to Matlacha about 12 to 15 minutes where there are many art shops and restaurants along with a boat ramp for those of you that want to bring your own boat, There are Kayaks for rent at this location, Just a little further down the road is pine island also which has a small ferry that will take you over to the wonderful beaches of Cayo Costa,

Cape Coral has many good restaurants and for those of you looking for some good live music check out the downtown area,

Near by is Fort Myers beaches and with all of its shops and many live music venues along with some very nice beaches, The beach area in Fort Myers will take you depending on time of day 40 to 55 min, There are museums in area and the Naples zoo which is about a hour away, Cape Coral has a beach area along with boat rentals and many activities for the kids there is sun splash water park and green-wells go cart tracks very close to the house, Many fishing charters in the area also,

The House is very reasonably price and has all the comforts of home, There is no pool at our location.

We rent Saturday to Saturday Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10 Am, we do not charge extra for electricity like some places do in the area what you pay is the price, THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE and will cause a loss of your full deposit, There will be some one that will stop in to check you in and some one to check you out, you will have all the contact information to do so in the home when you arrive, The deposit is made by credit card of $500.00 us dollars and this will be refunded to you as long as you do not have any Damages, If Damage exceed the deposit you will be responsible for those repairs, or prorated based on Damages,

Cancellation Policy, $500.00 Dollars holds your selected week but full payment is due with in 14 days before your arrival date. The $500.00 Dollars collected at Booking is also your Deposit which is held till your vacation is over and check out is complete,

Cleaning Fee $110.00

Grill cleaning fee is $35.00 if left dirty.

Full refund if you cancel 30 days before check in date,
