This spacious four/five bedroom, three bathroom home sits on 100 acres of pristine land that includes walking trails, a pond, the Mad River, and pool. Collingwood and Creemore are both a 20 minute drive, Devil’s Glen Ski Club is 10 minutes away. Our home offers all the amenities you’re looking for including four televisions with satellite cable, wireless internet, a hot tub, sauna, pool table and two fireplaces. Please know if you are booking or already booked that we are in the snow belt and we have a fairly steep driveway. It is important to either have snow tires, all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive.

We are available by cell phone at all times during your stay. We also have a property manager close by if needed for anything.

Glen Huron: Giffens Country Market, best known for the apples and baked goods. BEST butter tarts you will ever eat!! They also have home made frozen meals like lasagna, pot pies etc.

Singhampton: in the gas station across from Mylar and Lorettas

Collingwood and Creemore both have large LCBO

Activities: walking/hiking/snowshoeing/cross country skiing, 3 kms of trails here on the property, maps can be found in the homes welcome book. We also suggest the Bruce Trail, Loree Forest, Kolapore Uplands, Nottawasaga Bluffs, Osprey Wetlands, Highlands Nordic and the Collingwood trail.

Downhill skiing and snowboarding at Blue Mountain as well as several Private clubs including nearby Devils Glen.

Skating outdoors in Singhampton and the Feversham arena.

Snowmobiling trail B1-11 is accessible at the intersection of Grey County Road 4 and Simcoe County Road 124.

A baseball diamond and children's playground can be found in Singhampton.

Farmers Markets seasonally in Collingwood and Creemore on Saturday mornings.

Deer sightings from the house are most frequent late fall until April near sunrise and sunset. Most winters 20 or more Deer yard up in close proximity to the house. Many days you will see them basically on the front lawn.

We have a brand new screened porch of the front deck. Seats 8 with two patio heaters if needed.House Rules:- Dog on approval
