There are breathtaking great mountain views of Pike's Peak, the front range of the Rocky Mountains, and, of course, that awesome Air Force Academy Cadet Chapel! Enjoy the beautiful, colorful western sunsets from inside or on the deck & lower patio, a view of the city lights, and all upscale amenities including grills on upper and lower levels for outdoor dining. For golfers, our home is located across the street from the challenging Pine Creek Golf Course, with the clubhouse two blocks away. A new luxurious Lifetime Fitness offering huge outdoor and pools, saunas, beauty salon, fitness gym, grille, etc. is one mile away with day memberships. Colorado Springs offers an unbelievable array of things to do and see.

Upscale shopping and dining, one mile away in various directions, you will find indoor and outdoor malls of hundreds of well known and unknown (well kept secrets) stores and restaurants.

For must do tours in town, start with a tour of The beautiful Air Force Academy and the Olympic Training Center. Never miss the gorgeous, world famous, red rock Garden of The Gods where you can bicycle, hike, rock climb and ride horses. The old world charm of Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City offer hundreds of unusual shops with not-to-miss remembrance gifts.

Thirty minutes away drive to the top of Pike's Peak, or ride an incline car up, which you board in Manitou Springs. For seasoned hikers, hike the well known Barr Trail to the top of 14,000 foot Pike's Peak. Up Hwy 24 is the original Indian Cliff Dwellings. Within 15-30 minutes, take a tour and have lunch at the old European style Glen Eyrie Castle, built by Spencer Penrose, one of the city founders. If it is July, take in The Pike's Peak or Bust old west rodeo, with top competitors and featuring the glamorous Pike's Peak Rangerettes, a 10-20 year old group of female western precision horseback riders in glittering western costumes. For animal lovers, take in one of only 2 US mountain zoos here. An hour an a half away is the renown Royal Gorge, with the highest suspension bridge in the world! Mountain lovers get a real treat when they drive 2-4 hours to Rocky Mountain National Park for car touring, hiking or camping and lodging. A real treat is the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park where the movie, 'The Shinning' was filmed and if you stay there overnight, you might share a room with a real ghost! If visiting our city in the summer, there is some type of festival taking place every weekend such as The Hot Air Balloon Festival over Labor Day, where you can take a ride up in one of many hot air balloons. We have a great convention center hosting many interesting events and during the year get touring Broadway plays and musicals of every type. Art lovers can have lunch and visit our lovely Colorado Springs Art Museum. If you are in the mood to drop a few coins or bills, take a ride up to the old mining town of Cripple Creek, several hours away, where there are lots of great casinos and various festivals there also. Of course, our capitol, Denver, is only one hour away with unbelievable, wonderful things to do and see, including every professional sport, art museums, the Pepsi Center, with huge, big name concerts, a zoo, an arbortorium, and shopping to die for. The Brown Palace in Denver is one of the oldest hotels in the west and features lovely teas and tours, plus a handful of ghosts known to inhabit the hotel and seen by many a guest! You will never forget a relaxing dinner or lunch at one of the numerous eateries in the world famous Broadmoor Hotel, with its intoxicating close Chyenne Mountain view and charming Spencer Penrose Dining Room.
