Situated in the golfing community of Indian Palms Country Club, this quiet corner lot house offers ample outdoor and indoor living space.

Enjoy the sunshine and mountain views from a south facing rear yard overlooking a small lake, giving you the chance of a restful, quiet vacation. Because the house is not overlooking the golf fairway you do not need to worry about the frequent inconvenience of golf carts constantly passing by and also having to occasionally duck due to wayward golf shots.

A great place to relax by your own pool/spa and enjoy the (almost) non-stop sunshine.

The house offers 3 bedrooms (California King Master and two Queens), a family area, dining area and a den to relax in. In the Den we are able to offer a double sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra people if you wish, please note there is a small extra charge for this.

For your enjoyment by the pool we include use of a gas BBQ, a range of patio furniture and not forgetting of course pool noodles/inflatables. All bedding, linen and towels are supplied; we even have a couple of fine bone china English tea sets to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee from. Free WiFi is available, so bring along your tablet/laptop.

In the kitchen there is a gas range and oven, steamer, smoothie maker, toaster, regular filter coffee maker and cookware is also provided. Don't forget to bring your K-Cup pods for our Keurig coffee maker, we supply some for your arrival but given the hundreds of different types on offer you know which you like best!

Indian Palms Country Club offers 27 holes golf course, golf shop, restaurant & bar, tennis courts and a fitness center.

Very close by is the Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals (see under 'Location'), also nearby is Old Town La Quinta with themed weekend markets and many fine restaurants. Within the Valley you will find many great golf courses, restaurants and shopping opportunities to choose from.

Only a 25 minute drive to the world famous city of Palm Springs - be sure not to miss the Thursday night street market. Indio is centrally located for many exciting tourist favorites including Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and San Diego/Mexico. If you do not want to drive to Las Vegas for your gambling fun then there are many casinos in the Coachella Valley for you to enjoy using your gambling skills.
