A short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine or the Alligator Farm, even Marineland. There is plenty to do in St. Augustine.

Decor: The house has been fully refurbished with all new appliances and furnishings. New quartz countertops make the kitchen perfect for entertaining. An ice maker and microwave were added as well as new bamboo floors in the bedrooms and a new washer and dryer and a wood burning outdoor fireplace. This adorable beach cottage has everything you need for a fabulous stay at the beach including beach towels and chairs, a great Bose sound system inside and out, a comfortable pull out couch, flat Panel TV's in living room and bedrooms and a lovely beach decor.

This home is sef catering so it will be clean when you arrive and cleaned when you depart. There will be two trash bags and a roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom but you will need to bring more with you depending on the length of your stay. Also consider bringing, laundry detergent, paper towels and paper plates, etc.
