This condo has two bedrooms, two baths, and excellent views. Enjoy the ease of the first floor, especially when you have forgotten your goggles, or sunscreen! Walk right off of the patio, straight to the pool or the beach.

The complex has a large pool with a smaller children's pool adjacent with many tables and umbrellas to set up base. A newly resurfaced tennis court is ready for a doubles match. There is also a basketball goal and shuffleboard for hours of play.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed with tv. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable queen sized beds. Lounge in the living room and watch a DVD in the early afternoon when everyone needs a break from the sun. Or turn the game on while you fix dinner in the well appointed kitchen.

Centrally located, the condo is a 15 minute drive to the famous St. Augustine area. Check out the Alligator Farm, the Lighthouse, or explore the oldest masonry fort in the United States. The island has wonderful restaurants, unique shopping experiences, antique shops, and several opportunities to explore.
