I-22 has brand new floors, it is freshly painted, has new furnishings and is stocked for your vacation! This unit is centrally located between both pools, steps to the grilling area and short stroll to the private beach walkway. There are a lot of brand new items in the unit available for your use - bedding, towels, beach cart, 2 flat screen tv's, fully-accessorized kitchen, beach chairs, cooler and toys. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a flatscreen TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, one with a pop-up trundle (can sleep 3).There is an additional bathroom off of the second bedroom. The dining area is open to the living room providing enough seating for 6. The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat and flat screen tv. The unit has cable and WiFi so you can stay entertained and connected when you're not out enjoying the sand and sun. Our unit is pet-friendly, grab their leash and pack their bed so they join the fun! (Limited to one small dog). Watch the breath taking sunsets from the comfort of the couch or private patio.
