When you awaken.....everything you need to make your morning Keurig coffees and teas. Staying here is like staying at a romantic Bed & Breakfast Inn (although without the breakfast....sorry!). Choice of down or fiberfill pillows to lay your head upon. A Homedics Sound Spa to lull you to sleep with a variety of soothing relaxing sounds. Luxuriously soft Egyptian cotton/bamboo towels, Shower is supplied with all natural ShiKai botanical shampoo, conditioner,and body wash. Puracy organic, hypo-allergenic and paraben-free soaps and lotions. Refrigerator stocked with bottles of water and cream for your coffee!

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the studio. We always meticulously clean, and every stitch of bedding is washed between guests....from mattress pad, blankets, quilts, pillow covers. Much cleaner than a hotel room ( scary to think how many people before you have lain on that same blanket or quilt...ugh!!)

You will have your own private entrance to your cosy and romantic retreat via a sliding door from your patio deck: Queen Bed, small dining table and chairs, 2 dressers, full length mirror, electric fireplace, closet with lots of hangers to unpack your belongings,, a small kitchenette 'cubbyhole' with mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, Keurig machine with assortment of coffees and teas. Bathroom with large shower. Wi-Fi. Cable TV. (Sorry...no clock....hey...you're on VACATION!!)

Beach and Bike Package included with the Studio . The use of 2 beach bikes(always less 6 months old) with helmets, baskets, locks, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach mats and beach carry-all bag. Small cooler and ice packs(in freezer). Save money on bike and beach stuff rentals ($100/person/week is the typical charge at bike rental shops in the area). Everything you need for biking to the beach or around the island or Historic downtown...and everything you need for hanging out at the beach. At the State Park next door you can rent kayaks, paddleboards, and Hobie Cat catamarans.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood on Anastasia Island (St Augustine Beach). If you don't want to be a 'tourist' ...but live like a local! This is a great friendly neighborhood! It is located right next to Anastasia State Park...and there is a private neighborhood back-gate to 'sneak' into the State Park. From here it is easy to access a great hiking trail thru the woods for your morning walk or jog....and an easy walk or bike ride to the beach as well as the state park concessions. Rent a kayak or SUP paddleboard or catamaran and enjoy the salt marsh and ocean!

Studio bedroom portion is approx 14 x 13 ft. Total square footage including bedroom, kitchenette cubbyhole, and bath is approx 280sqft. The studio was formerly the Master Bedroom of our home but we have converted into a separate studio. The studio is located in the front of house...and we live in the back half of the house in the "owners suite" . Thestudio walls have had extra sound-proofing insulation added and door from studio to rest of house has been locked off and has extra soundproofing layers.

Free access to Anastasia State Park (walk or bike via neighborhood backgate).
