Our beach house is located on an Island paradise. Our very special island offers something few islands can....privacy and seclusion. This bridge-less barrier island - just 10 minutes from the mainland has no roads and no traffic, just white sand paths for exploring. You'll find yourself surrounded by nature, the way Florida used to be. In addition to our 7 miles of pristine white sandy beaches, you’ll find abundant wildlife, balmy tropical breezes, dramatic sunsets and long lazy days of brilliant blue skies and warm waves.

Our custom home built in 2005 includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room on the 2nd floor has breathtaking 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico & Charlotte Bay and is surrounded by open porches. Open the doors and feel as though you are floating in the Gulf! Or fix a gourmet meal in our Bulthaup kitchen and serve it on the porch overlooking the Gulf or Charlotte Bay. Or if you prefer to dine inside there is a large dining table with comfortable seating for ten. Each bedroom on the 1st floor has unobstructed views of the beach & the bay. The house is equipped with TV and a library of DVD's.

A beautiful pristine private beach is on your door step, and beautiful Charlotte Bay is right behind the house with your own boat dock. Take advantage of the Gulf breeze and sip your wine on the veranda, watch the sunset or take a kayak/Canoe & explore the Islands brimming with wildlife or just lie nestled between the sand dunes with your feet in the water. Or sit on the dock behind the house and watch Dolphins play. If you enjoy fishing you have one of the best fishing locations right off our dock with Snook, Grouper, Red fish and Flounder. A ten (10) minutes water taxi can transport you to the mainland with plenty of restaurants, Golf courses and shopping.

Even though, this is our second home, we consider it our family home-we hope you will too.
