CLEANING FEE:

We charge a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $185.

CONDOMINIUM FEE:

The building charges $100 resort fee, a one time fee, which includes the use of the amenities and a decal with barcode for your vehicle, which allows you to enter the condominium thru the resident lane without having to wait thru security.

NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE CONDOMINIUM. ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED AND YOU WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE.
