If you are looking for the ideal Getaway on a Barrier Island look no further. There are no paved roads on the island only miles of sandy trails flanked by tropical foliage. Our condo is located at Hideaway Bay Beach Club on Little Gasparilla Island, a seven mile, white sand, bridge less barrier island. Guests will park their vehicle in a secured lot and board the FREE condo ferry for a five minute ride to our island retreat. This piece of paradise provides a time for families and friends to reconnect as they enjoy the seclusion of this island getaway. The bay side provides free boat slips and a dock for fishing. An in-ground pool and community barbecue grill and smoker are also located there. The screened lanai & upstairs loft provides a view of the gulf. And the ocean waves are just a quick walk away.

This furnished condo features 'beachy' decor, comfortable luxury bedding, 2 full baths, washer and dryer, and a well furnished, full-sized kitchen. The unit sleeps up to six: one king master and two queen beds in the loft. Both WIFI and satellite TV are provided. Various beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and a grill are located in the storage garage below our unit. A golf cart is also available with the rental. Two kayaks are available with the condo. Because there are no stores on the island, guests need to bring in groceries with them- transported via carts provided. However, wonderful restaurants and activities are within a short driving distance with a quick ferry ride back across the bay on the mainland.

Enjoy time exploring the island by foot or by golf cart over the white sand paths. Various local landmarks include the island chapel, library, and Don Pedro Island State Park. With no roads or traffic, this very special island surrounds you with incredible nature, the way Florida used to be. Amazing shells, sand dollars, and shark teeth bring new surprises as you stroll on the beach. Enjoy morning coffee watching the huge variety of birds, dolphins and manatees swim by or relax with evening sunsets filled with glorious colors over the ocean waves.

The facilities offer a free private Ferry for transportation to and from the island, a free guest boat slip, a heated pool, children swings in the play area close to the large picnic area.
