Relaxing is easy in our Beautiful Waterfront Cottage with Pool. You can fish off the dock, play around in one of the new kayaks, or just sit around the pool and do nothing. Relax and enjoy a beautiful meal in one of the two outdoor seating areas.A gas and charcoal BBQ and firepit table are there for your enjoyment by the pool. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 dining areas inside as well one is a breakfast area and the other a full dining table with chairs. There is a small office area with a desk and printer for your use. The house has new furniture, matresses, bedding, towels and much more. There is a large 50 inch flatscreen SMART HDTV in the living room and a smaller 36 inch SMART HDTV flatscreen in the master bedroom. The house has been newly painted and landscaped in and out.

You will be just a short drive to a quiet beach park that boasts a heated pool along with a playground, tennis, basketball, volleyball & bocce ball courts as well as horse shoes, picnic pavilions and boat ramps. Port Charlotte is indeed a boater's paradise.

You can travel up the Peace River on a pontoon or deck boat for a relaxing view of the mangrove and palm tree forests while enjoying the spectacle of Great Blue and White Herons, Glossy Ibis and even an occasional Bald Eagle. We invite you to check out the Peace River Audubon Society for detailed lists of the birds known to frequent the region. With direct access to Charlotte Harbor, the Boca Grande Pass, world renowned for its sport fishing, the Intercoastal Waterway and the Gulf Mexico are only 55 short minutes away by water.
