A 1926 guest cottage....Old Florida!! Located in Hudson Bayou, a walking neighborhood of lovely restored old homes mixed with new, close to Selby Botanical Gardens, the Downtown Bayfront, restaurants, shopping, grocery. Six blocks to Southside Village, 1 mile to Main St., 3 miles to St. Armands Circle & Lido Beach, 8 minutes to Siesta Beach. I walk my kayak 4 blocks to a public put in on the bayou. About 6 blocks to another public access to sit and view the Bay at Sunset! There’s so much to do!…….my favorite is a sunset picnic on the beach!

The Cottage is surrounded by tropical gardens. The entrance is up stone steps to the side terrace . The first floor has a large kitchen, dining area, living area, the tile bathroom, and stairs to the 2nd floor.

Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a side room for reading & relaxing on the antique child's four poster. The sides of this room have built in drawers that go under the eves. Two closets in the bedroom. With windows on all sides it's like an aerie!

A washer and dryer (and clothes line!) are out the back door. (I love the built in ironing board by the kitchen!)

Between the cottage and my home (a 1926 Sears Catalog House) is a paver courtyard for al fresco dining, sitting in the sun, or having a cocktail by the fountain. Join me on my front porch one evening for wine and cheese!
