Located in the sailboat section of Punta Gorda Isles this is a one story single family home in a quiet neighborhood. There are ramps for handicap access in the garage, and at the front door. It has two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, each with it's own bathroom. One has a new king bed, and the other has a new queen bed. All the furnishings are new, purchased in mid 2015. It is very close to town with all of it's great restaurants and beautiful waterfront. If it is a hot day hop in the pool. If you have a boat bring it and use our dock.
