There are ceiling fans throughout, sliding glass doors open to allow the the family room and the lanai to become one big open living space.

One master bedroom has a king bed, TV and a large walk-in closet. The bath has two sinks, and beautiful shower. Second master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and bathroom with double sinks and beautiful shower and walk in closet. The other bedroom has twin beds. The sofa in the family room converts to a full sized bed.

The new beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops overlooks both the canal and the pool area and has dine-in area to enjoy your coffee and meals. Ladies, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking or hosting large groups.

There is a dining room area for six as well as a wrap around bar height granite counter top. After all your outdoor activities, relax in the comfortable living room with the large 47' high definition TV. Cable TV and high-speed INTERNET and WIFI service provided. House phone is compatible if you wish to bring a fax machine.

Washer and dryer, all linens are provided of course, including beach towels and beach chairs! Pool towels located next to....pool!

Large two car garage and ample parking in driveway. If you bring a boat, just talk to JoEllen about storing your trailer.

AIRPORTS: Less than 45 minutes to Regional South West Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers or 1 hour and 45 minutes to the Tampa International Airport (TPA), or Fly Direct Air into Punta Gorda Airport 10 minutes from house. Car rental return there also.

RENTAL CAR: Enterprise and Hertz are located on Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda, Enterprise with free pick up service. If you prefer to have your own car, several companies will drive it down for you.

GREAT LOCATION: Our home is one hour north of NAPLES and one hour south of SARASOTA. Busch Gardens in TAMPA is less than 2 hrs away. Ft. Myers beach is 40 miles away. Siesta Key, Sanabel Islands are just a couple of hours away. Unlimited shopping, antiquing, and cultural activities available within an hours drive.

SHOPPING: Five minutes to Fisherman's Village and lots of charming local shops in town or many major shopping malls about a half hour drive. Several Grocery Stores, Drug Stores, Banks, Wal-Mart and Home Depot within 2-5 miles. 7-11 convenient store around the corner. We provide a special Welcome letter with all our tips, places to see, dining, pubs, shopping, groceries,and pampering. Punta Gorda is a great little community!

BOATING: Bring your power boat or rent one nearby at Laishley Marina. Dock just steps outside this house on canal. Only a 10 minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor.

GOLF: Closest is a private golf course St. Andrews South Country Club & Golf course less than 5 minute walk from house and long term guests can obtain memberships.

RESTAURANTS: Fisherman's village and lots of great restaurants in town within 10 mins.
