This stately property has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and enough sleeping arrangement for up to 16 guests to spread out. It is situated on 33 acres, in the heart of the country side, there are many acres for walking and biking with very little traffic. It is a perfect retreat for a group with many generous size bedrooms that have been newly furnished. There is a large formal living room with wall to wall carpeting, fireplace, baby grand piano and a sleeper sofa. The dining room has been decorated in a country French style with a dining room table that extends, serving pieces, flatware and china are provided. The family room has 2 sofas, 2 recliners and a fireplace, TV and wifi. The garage is stocked with firewood for our guest to used in the 2 fireplaces. In the kitchen you will find such basics, as tea bags, coffee maker, filters, & spices. The upstair master bedroom has a king size bed, the other 3 bedrooms have queen size beds. The library has 2 full size beds and a desk.

Myself and my husband and five of our closest friends spent a lovely weekend in this spacious and comfortable and beautifully furnished home. This home was especially delightful since all of the bedrooms were equally appealing with large windows and high quality linens and comfortable mattresses for a restful sleep. We prepare all of our meals and everything we needed was available to us, including pots in excellent condition, and stemware and a dining room filled with ambience from the picturesque art work that made our dining experience that much more special. The living room with a large screen TV had Netflix and Amazon and there was ample seating for all of us to watch movies in a roomy and restful setting. We had a slight technical problem with the server connection but one phone call to the caretaker was made and it was immediately and graciously taken care of. We hope to return to this home in the Fall as it more than satisfied all of our needs and exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It held our large family with ease. The bedrooms are huge and it has 2 living rooms so one could hold the "loud" half of our family and the other be a quiet space. We hosted 2 extended family meals (50+) and though it got a bit crowded it worked fine. Nice to have a large grill and all the outdoor space. The house is well equipped, is able to accommodate a large amount of people, and is on a beautiful piece of property. The beds are comfortable and each room has a window fan, there are 2 air conditioners throughout the house. The bathrooms do need to be updated with new toilets but the 2 and 1/2 bathrooms are wonderful! It was a pleasant stay for our family reunion and the owners were more than accommodating and thoughtful. We would stay here again.
