The club house has a community pool but a membership fee is needed to use the facilities. Check with Majestic Golf Club for fees.
It is a short drive to Fort Myers. There is great shopping at outlet malls in the area, Fort Myers beach is only 30 minutes away. There are many more golf course in the area.
Need HOA approval. Absolutely no pets, and no smoking in house, lanai, or garage.
