With a 2 minute car drive, you can reach The South Venice Ferry (available only for this community) which will take you to a beautiful private beach! Ferry pass available for our guests at no additional charge.

The house has a brand new, heated, salt water (gentle for your skin) pool. Beautiful and specious paved patio with newly installed screen covering the entire area.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped should you decide to stay in and make a meal. Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a direct entry to patio/pool area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and this room also has a sliding door which allows for direct entry into pool/patio area! The living room area has a sleeper sofa which converts into a full size bed.

Oversized garage with automatic doors will keep your car safe, dry and cool.
