CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled upon the following terms:
a.By the Guest. The Guest may cancel a reservation under the following circumstances:
i.Refundable Cancellation. The Guest may cancel any time more than sixty(60) days before the Check-In Date upon seven (7) days written notice to the Agent. Upon receipt of proper written notice, the Agent will refund the Guest all amounts paid minus a $245.00 cancellation fee for any rentals under 30 days; the Agent will refund the Guest all amounts paid minus a $500.00 cancellation fee for any rentals OVER 30 days.
ii.Non-Refundable Cancellation. The Guest may cancel any time with less than less than sixty (60) days before the Check-In Date, but all deposits,rent, and fees paid will be non-refundable, except that any amounts paid in excess of the Total Rent, Fees, and Taxes due shall be fully refunded.
No lifeguard is available on the premises. If applicable, Guest shall use any water and/or dock with great care and in accordance with any posted rules. All children and elderly, frail adults using said pool, water or dock shall be constantly supervised by a responsible adult who can swim. If the water, or dock are equipped with any safety features such as a fence or other pool or water area barrier, a door latch or a door or window alarm, Guest shall be responsible for correctly operating and using said safety device every time the water area or dock is used. Any use of water areas, or docks shall be at the sole risk of the user, the responsible adult supervising the user, and the Guest.
All Guests over the age of 18 Must be registered. If additional guests stay, you must notify the owners / Agent. Guests up to the maximum are at no additional charge. Guests who violate local codes or the attached contract may be terminated for cause.
