The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, tv and sliders to lanai. and a private bath with two sinks and a large shower. The guest suite has a queen size bed and tv and private bath.. The living room has a new queen size convertible couch. The lanai has screening and acrylic sliding windows that make it a pleasant place to sit on cool evenings to watch the sunset.
Note: January through March has a minimum stay of three months.
