This is a lovely family home, very clean and comfortable. Fully furnished with all possible amenities including: new furniture, garage, washer, dryer, dishwasher, two kayaks, grill, lanai, three queen size beds, large closets, pull out couch, television, central air, dishes, towels, sheets, ect.... We have furnished our Florida home to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We live in a quiet friendly neighborhood and yet just minutes from beaches, shopping, dining, dancing, and fun.
We have a park with trails within walking distance. A dog park and Charlotte Harbor Park are less than five miles. Harbor Park offers tennis, picnic areas, beaches, fishing, boating, swimming pool, and a boat ramp. It is very lovely and I personally like to go there. The mall is less than five miles from our home. There are a multitude of restaurants and shopping with in minutes.
