Our place is ground floor, close to shopping and beaches! Recently renovated and updated decor. You’ll love our place because of the convenience to many hot spots on the west coast of Florida! It is a great place for couples, ladies time out, fisher people, golfers, beach lovers, and families (with kids). Englewood embraces a relaxed and fun loving lifestyle! Several marinas for boat rentals are close by along with many golf courses. Association does not allow pets. Cable TV and WIFI included. Our unit is located 2.5 miles from Manasota Key beach. Grocery stores, several restaurants, and other shopping are all within walking distance. There are many excellent restaurants in and around Englewood. There are several miles of beaches and looking for sharks teeth is very popular. Lemon Bay, the Myakka River, Charlotte Harbor, and the gulf of Mexico offer great fishing! Charters and boat rentals are offered at several marinas in the area. There is yoga on the beach every morning for a donation. Almost every Sunday night, the local drum circle plays at the beach. This s a magical experience enjoyed by many! The first Saturday of every month is the "Cruise in on Dearborn" where you can see many classic cars and mingle with the owners. During the winter there can be several hundred vehicles! It's a great time for all. We haven't personally started golfing yet but have heard the local courses are great! There are several weekend flea markets close by. The beautiful island of Boca Grande is also very close and Cayo Costa state park, available only by boat, is a great day trip!

There is a heated community pool within a minute's walk from the door. There are 2 tennis courts and 2 shuffleboard courts available. There is a club house with a pool table and a book exchange. Barbeque grill areas are also there for guest use. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised in public areas.

We can also let you know of any happenings in the area if you like. If you have a larger group and need more than 1 unit, we do have neighbors who only rent to select people and do not advertise anywhere so we may be able to secure an additional unit close by for you.

Beef O Brady's is the closest sports bar and grill with good food and is about a city block walk away. Country Hound Cafe in the same complex is a local favorite with great comfort foods and quick service. Restaurants by the beach are Flounders, Lock and Key, and the Gulfview Grill. Most of them offer live music nightly or at least on the weekends. One of our favorites on Dearborn Street is the Mango Bistro. Englewood is a one of kind type of place with creative eating options. If you're looking for Red Lobster or a chain restaurant you will have to travel to Port Charlotte or Venice. There is of course, pizza delivery available!

The condo has one dedicated parking spot for the unit but there is plenty of guest parking available.
