Located 1.5 miles from commercial area, with private beach and bay access, approx. 200 steps from either side of house. The bay is perfect for kayak or canoeing. Find shells and sharks' teeth at the beach.

Most beautifully decorated home on the island! We used bright, cheerful colors in the fabrics and furnishings. The living room has plenty of seating and a large screen TV, but our den, next to the caged heated pool, is a also a nice gathering spot. Our kitchen is well-equipped. The master bedroom and one guest room each have a TV. Naturally the house is equipped with a secure Wi-Fi internet.

Manasota Key is home to dolphins, manatees, and million year old sharks teeth, and shells, shells, shells. There are gulf reefs located directly out from private beach, for snorkeling or diving with hundreds of different types of tropical fish. Dolphin and manatee viewing off private back Lemon Bay deck, is also home to many varieties of sports fish, fishing for snook, redfish, snapper, tarpon, sheepshead, is only seconds away from your front door. There are many guided tours for dolphin viewing, or sports fishing in the gulf or the bay. And much much more. Make sure to do some research and book outings or rentals in advance. Although located on the Key, you are only 10 minutes away from everything you could possibly need or want during your stay.
