Laundry room with washer/dryer and attached 2 car garage. House has central air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, Wifi and DISH TV. Kitchen will be stocked with coffee, tea and creamer for a relaxing morning. Back patio has tables and chairs, gas grill and lounge chairs. Large 10 stall show barn with stalls available for those that want to bring their horses. All board fencing, 6 grass paddocks and 75 acres of beautiful trails out the back gate. Separate rates will apply for stalls. Polite dogs/cats welcome. Property is approximately 11 miles from Historic Ocala, close to shopping and dining and all equine events.
