This a small 17 unit condo and only 2 stories high. Unit 12 is what they call a Flat. You have a view of the Gulf from the Master Bedroom and also the Living room. The Bedrooms both have King size beds and the Living room has a Murphy Bed it is a Queen. The Master has a walk in shower and the other bathroom has a Tub. The Kitchen if fully equipped with every thing you would need. Utility room has a full size Washer Dreyer. The small deck of the Kitchen has an Electric Grill for your use. The living room has a Dinning room table that can sit 12 and the Living room has 2 new leather Lazy boy chairs and a couch that goes out into a Murphy bed. Parking under the unit is numbered according to the unit number (12).
