This is a mobile home in a mobile home neighborhood. The home features 2 bedrooms one with a king and one with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms and a very stylish decor. Large kitchen with all amenities and appliances, cookware, dishes - everything you need, just bring your food, golf clubs and fishing gear.

Guests will have direct access to pristine St. John's River, public golf course, boat ramp, nature trails and turquoise blue springs. One hour to the beach, historic St. Augustine, Daytona Speedway, Jacksonville and more.

We love our guests and being hosts. We offer river cruises with nature guide, art and cooking lessons and kayaking to our guests with pre-arrangement. We live nearby so we are available for information and assistance.

We are situated near the St. John's River which is teaming with wildlife, bass, catfish and pan fish. It is a brackish river where you can also catch shrimp, blue crab and flounder. The area is quiet with little traffic, remote, yet well-situated near amenities, water sports, golf and peace and quiet.

We are in a tranquil area, however, we are also just one hour to all Daytona Speedway events such as Nascar, Bike Week, Aquapalooza, national custom car shows and the beach.

We have no public transit, so a car is required for this area. We are one and a half hours from Jacksonville airport, Orlando airport or Daytona Beach Airport.

We love our home and it has just been renovated to sparkle. No smoking, no pets and no children under age six. We do not allow extra people other than the guests listed on the rental agreement. Our neighborhood is quiet, so noise or parties are not allowed.
